Outsourcing your Credit Control

We start the credit control process, to ensure you receive payment.

The Credit Control Process
Like others providing this service, Urecall Ltd advocate and support the use of telephone calls in the Credit Control process. By taking the time to talk with your customers, you benefit from an improved relationship, and much better knowledge of your customers situation. All carried out in 'real time', none of which can be obtained from a letter alone.
Our experience shows that a combination of telephone calls letters and/or emails achieve results. We produce templates for standard format letters, again tailored to your business and that meet the process requirements, which you approve before they are used.
The process details are agreed with you in advance, so that the level and type of contact and the timescale of each step is known by both parties before anything happens.
How much does it cost?
We only charge you for the work we do on your behalf. So if it only takes one phone call for you to get paid thats what we charge you. In other words, we will charge per event. That means per call, email, fax or letter to a customer, regardless of the number or value, of the invoices.
The actual rate is dependant upon volume and agreed with you in advance.
How much control will I have?
Simply, you have as much control as you want.
As standard, we provide feedback after each event individually for
small volume clients and in a batch format for higher volume clients. We
then contact you before the next event, so you know what is happening during
every step of the process.
You also have the opportunity to change the process for any customer if
you so wish, for example, maybe because the customer is family, a friend
or an important customer for your business.
